Please be as thorough as possible when you fill out the application form, as it will reduce the amount of back-and-forth necessary to evaluate your request. We will return a decision approximately two months prior to your event. If your request is submitted less than two months prior, we will do our best to return a decision within two weeks. If these timelines expire, and you need to check on the status of your application, please email research@protocol.ai. If we have any questions as we consider your sponsorship request, we will reach out using the email address provided.
